Do you accept my insurance?
We accept nearly all major insurance plans, including the new Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). If you have specific questions about your coverage, our team is happy to help verify your benefits.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
We prioritize same-day emergencies. If you are experiencing pain, swelling, or a broken tooth, please call us immediately at 519-713-8985 so we can fit you in as soon as possible.
What are your payment options?
We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, debit, e-transfer and cash. We also offer direct billing to most insurance providers to make your visit stress-free. We also allow payments online through our website to make payment a convenient process for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value the time and effort of our staff and patients, and ask for 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need care, and allow us to continue to offer same-day emergency treatment to our patient base.
Does your office offer payment plans?
Yes! Our office provides personalized, interest-free payment plans for patients without insurance, or for procedures not covered by insurance. All payment plans require a credit card on file with our office for automatic payments. Please reach out to our receptionists for further details.
Is your office handicapped accessible?
Yes! Our office provides a handicapped parking spot near the front door of the office. One of our staff member will kindly help you in through the waiting room. We have two large operatories that allow for either a transfer into the dental chair, or we can move the dental chair completely and allow you to remain in your wheelchair for the duration of the appointment.
